• Minimum stay from 10/06 until 31/08 - 5 nights.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€, or slightly more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Flogita Beach Apartments is a beachfront property located in the center of Flogita, Halkidiki. The sandy beach of Flogita is just a few steps away.

Accommodation

• Five-bedded Apartments - ground floor, sea view
Two-bedroom apartment consists of a one big room with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen within the room, a second separate bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a private bathroom, and a balcony. It can accommodate 2-5 guests.

• Four-bedded Apartments - first, second and third floor, sea or yard views
Two-bedroom apartment consists of a one bedroom with 2 single beds, second bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped separate kitchen.

It can accommodate 2-4 guests.

Information:
• All apartments are air-conditioned, each room has a private balcony, TV and WI-Fi internet.
• Most apartments has a direct sea view.
• Children 2 and under stay for free when using an available crib.
• Extra beds: Children 12 and under can use an available extra bed.
• Entrance to the building is secured by a code.
• Cars cannot be parked in front of the house during the period 15/06-30/09, because the street is closed for the traffic. The closest free public parking is 20 meters away.

This is definitely the best location in Flogita. 10 steps from the beach, next to the best pastry shop, in the center of entertainment both day and night, our holiday on the spacious terrace on the ground floor was great. The kitchen is enviably large and well equipped, the beds are out of standard for Greece, everything in the apartment was for ten stars. The owner and our host is a special story this year, thanks to him we tried various things, he was available 24 hours a day, we hung out with him and he is certainly the best host we have ever had.
