• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

• The sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are free of charge with the obligation of consumption from the bar, and it is prohibited to bring products purchased elsewhere.
• When leaving the beach in the afternoon for rest, it is necessary to take your towels and personal belongings with you, so that the sunbeds can be freed.
• Please be informed that visitors are not allowed to dine and the air conditioning must be turned off when guests are not present in the unit.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.
• In case of leaving the accommodation before the departure date, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Description

Flevas' Mill Apartments is a complex next to Vrachos-Loutsa beach in the Preveza area, 22km from Parga. It offers accommodation for 2-5 people. The complex includes a beautifully landscaped garden, private parking, a children's playground, and a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas.

Accommodation

The complex contains 6 studios for 2-3 people, 6 apartments for 4 people, and 1 apartment for 5 people.

All units include a kitchen with a small electric stove, an oven, and a refrigerator. They have terraces with sea or garden views and private bathrooms with showers and hairdryers. They are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets.

Room cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen are done every three days.

The complex includes a beautiful garden full of greenery and natural shade. Guests have at their disposal the Funky Pearl bar with umbrellas and sunbeds, which are free with a mandatory drink order. Also available are a children's playground, brick barbecue, outdoor seating and dining areas, and private parking.
