• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Filyra Beachfront Villa is an one of a kind villa, located among the pine trees in a majestic area, with the sea right in front of your feet. Be drawn into this enchanting residence by its unique location and the calming sounds of the sea waves crushing on the shore.

Accommodation

The villa is consisted of two different levels with individual access. Each level has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Having a swim in the sandy beach that is private in front of the house will make you fall in love with the place. You can relax in the afternoon with a bbq in the yard and enjoy the view to Diaporos island.

Filyra Beachfront Villa includes 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: in 4 bedrooms there is a double bed and 2 bedrooms have two single beds each.

Villa can accommodate up to 12 persons and 2 infants.

Guests must be quiet from 11:00 to 9:00 and 14:00 to 17:00. No smoking within the house.
