Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of the remaining days will be charged.

Filippou Luxury Apartments has 3 accommodation units with two levels - one three-bed studio and two five-bed apartments on the ground floor.

The three-bed studio on the lower level consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa for one adult or two small children, and there is a double bed in the gallery.

The five-bed apartments on the lower level have a living room (includes a sofa for one person) with a kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and two single beds on the upper level.

Kitchens are identical, they have a large fridge with a freezer, two hotplates, a coffee machine, and dishes.

All units have a private sitting area on the ground floor overlooking the street.
