Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before the date of the
arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for
administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner
of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it
will not be returned to the guest.

Description
Filio First Line Apartment is located in Hanioti, on the Kassandra Peninsula, and is part of a large complex set by the sea. The apartment itself is about 50 meters from the beach, it is on the second floor, and can accommodate 6 people.
Accommodation
The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds and a living room with a sofa bed. The kitchen includes a large fridge with a freezer, a small stove with an oven and two burners, a microwave, and a small dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi internet, and a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The unit has a terrace with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and partly the sea.
The complex in which the apartment is located offers a spacious shared yard with a barbecue. Vehicles can be parked for free on the street around the accommodation. Since there is not always enough space, there is also a free public parking lot about 100 meters away.
