Accommodation cancellation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to the guest.
• The deposit will not be refunded if a reservation is cancelled 15 days or less before the date of arrival.

Description

In Nikiti, Sithonia, in St. George area, a really quiet location, we have built some nice accommodation, Filianna Apartments & studios approximately 100m close to the beach.

You will be able to go for a walk in the center of Nikiti, as the distance between the apartments and the esplanade is almost 800m.

In a really friendly, warm and hospitable environment, you will have the chance to enjoy your vacation in our beautiful apartments.

Accommodation

In the area, there are two buildings.

Ground floor apartment

The apartment is in the lower part of the first building. It consists of a master bedroom and an open-plan kitchen with a living room area. Its total floor area is about 50 square meters. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, a sofa bed and a spacious wardrobe. The living room area includes an open plan and fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator and counter-top electric oven with hotplates, two sofa beds one of which can be converted into a double size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table.

The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The apartment is bright with wide windows. Doors and windows are installed with insect screens. The apartment overlooks a lawn garden and its entrance is four steps down. Just outside the apartment, there is a kiosk with a table and chairs for the private use of the guests of the apartment.

First-floor apartments

Each apartment can host 3 (+1) persons and is consisted of one bedroom and a small living room with the kitchen in the same place. In every bedroom there is~a double bed, ~a wardrobe, ~the bedside tables and ~a mirror, while in the living room there is~a sofa which can be turned into a double bed. All of the apartments include a fully equipped kitchen (a fridge, an oven, a toaster, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment), a bathroom, air-condition (A/C), a plasma TV and a balcony.

In the back yard, where there is grass and is appropriate for children, there is a kiosk where you can sit and enjoy the view with your company. Also, there are rocking chairs and comfortable sunbeds so you can relax, read a book or just enjoy the sun.

Additionally, in the front yard, there is a barbeque kiosk. At the entrance of the yard, you can also park your car in our private parking.
