• Pets are allowed upon request and with prior agreement - 10 EUR/ per day.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

In a blooming garden, 50 m from the sandy Vrachos Beach, Filanthi offers self-catered apartments with a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea. Guests have free Wi-Fi access.

Accommodation

The air-conditioned apartments include a sitting and dining area. All have a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs and an oven. A TV is standard.

All units have two single beds, two single beds and a sofa bed, or two single beds and bunk beds. None of the units are equipped with double beds.

Cleaning of accommodation units and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every third day.

Apartments Filanthi is 50 m from fish taverns and shops. The beach of Vrachos is organized and features free sun beds, as well as water sports facilities. The accommodation doesn't include sunbeds and umbrellas, but beach bars offer them for free, with an ordered drink. The complex features free private parking, but it is necessary to check with the owners in advance about the availability of the space.
