Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is cancelled up to 30 days before the date of the arrival, the deposit will be refunded to the guest (minus 30€ for administrative costs).
• If a reservation is cancelled later or in case of a no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire deposit fee, and it will not be returned to the guest.

Feel like home at Fenia's House! Our goal is to offer you an enjoyable and relaxing experience on vacation.

Fenia's House is located in Sikia, Sithonia, 3.8 kilometers from the beach. It has two spacious, independent apartments, each with an area of 60m2. Apartment I can accommodate up to 5 guests, while apartment II is suitable for 6 guests. The accommodation also offers a garden with a brick barbecue and private parking.

Accommodation

Both apartments have the same surface area, structure, and equipment, and have everything guests might need for a comfortable stay. Each unit has one bedroom with a double bed, while the living room has two large sofa beds. They have fully equipped kitchens with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, a sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, and a dining table. Private bathrooms have bathtubs and washing machines.

There is a seating area on the spacious terrace. The apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

The building is surrounded by a yard with barbecue equipment and private parking. Nearby are all the necessary amenities such as shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a children's playground. Pets are welcome.

Za početak, napomenuo bih da zbog nedostatka recenzija umalo nismo odustali od letovanja u ovom smeštaju, što bi bila velika greška, pa ću napisati par redova za slučaj da neko ima sličnu dilemu.

Pre svega, Fenia House se nalazi u selu Sikija, na par kilometra od mora. U pitanju je najveće naseljeno mesto na Sitoniji. Samo mesto je idealno za one koji na plažu idu kolima, a žele da izbegnu galame i gužve karakteristične za mesta kao što su Sarti, Nikiti, Neos Marmaras....

Sikija je selo sa pune prelepih kuća iz 19. veka, sa predivnom školom i Crkvom. Ima jedan veliki market, nekoliko prodavnica, pekara, par taverni i nekoliko kafića i tavernu sa fenomenalnim girosom kakav ne možete naći u Sartiju, npr.

Sam smeštaj se nalazi u mirnom delu Sikije u kojem nema mnogo turista. Na manjem je uzvišenju i do njega se prolazi kroz par jako tesnih uličica, što na prvu deluje nezgodno, ali već od drugog dana smo se navikli i nije predstavljalo nikakav problem. Sadržaj je baš onakav kao što se vidi na slikama. Velika dnevna soba sa LCD TV-om, velika kuhinja sa šporetom, tosterom, aparatom za kafu i velikim frižiderom, spavaća soba i kupatilo sa kadom i veš mašinom. Veliki parking i roštilj ispred kuće.

Nema dvorište, ali terasa ispred je prostrana i idealna za opuštanje i obedovanje. Vlasnica je jako ljubazna, inače, vlasnici nisu tu i higijenu održavate sami, ali je s druge strane opuštenije i privatnije, osećate se bukvalno kako kod kuće. Klima i internet su naravno uključeni.

Mesto je idealno ako idete kolima i volite komforan smeštaj u mirnom okruženju. Svi sadržaji u Sikiji su na 5 minuta hoda, a prelepe plaže i večernje gužve u Sartiju na desetak minuta vožnje. Sve preporuke i za smeštaj i za Sikiju.
