Felix Residence

Felix Residence is located at the village Mousata, Kefalonia. Residence was planned and constructed by it’s owners – architects at 2001 and is running every year since then.

Through it’s internal and external facilities, Felix Residence is transpiring pure Italian design class. Wooden constructions, materials, illuminants, hand crafted and painted ceramics from the famous Amalfi artisans

Side Sea View Studios offer a large bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower cabin. Their furnished verandas have view to the sea and the beautyfuly landscaped garden. All studios have fully equipped kitchen with fixed refrigerator, air absorber with light, and cookware.  All rooms offer central air conditioning (cool – warm), safe, hair dryer, Wi-Fi internet access and LCD Satellite TV.
