• When making a reservation, 50% of the total price is paid, the remaining 50% is paid upon arrival at the facility.

Accommodation cancellation policy
• If the accommodation unit is canceled up to the 21st day before the arrival date, the deposit fee paid will be returned to the guest (minus EUR 30 administrative costs).
• If the accommodation unit is canceled later or in case of no-show, the owner of the facility has the right to keep the entire fee for the deposit and it will not be returned to the guest.

Description

Located in the heart of Syvota Village, the stone-built Fegaropetra offers elegantly decorated accommodation with a balcony or terrace and free WiFi access.

The ""Fegaropetra"" is a beautiful stone building which is consisting of 5 luxury apartments built in 2011.

Accommodation

The accommodation features a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some units include a terrace and/or balcony with mountains or garden views. All units have a kitchenette fitted with an oven and toaster. A refrigerator and stovetop are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with slippers and free toiletries in every unit. Towels are featured.

A  furnished sun terrace and a garden with shared BBQ facilities are featured on site.
