Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

On the first floor of the complex are two 45m² double room appartment for rent and in the second floor there are three rent room studios.

Studio Superior A
• It has double bed, full equipped kitchen,t.v,air conditioning,hair dryer,private bathroom and very big prive balcony overlooking front

Studio B
• It has double bed,full equipped kitchen,t.v,air conditioning,hair dryer,private bathroom and a small balcony with sea view overlooking west.

Room C
• It has double bed,mini fridge and all the required equipment for making breakfast. It also has TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, private bathroom and prive balcony with sea view overlooking front!

Two rooms apartments
• It offers separate bedroom with double bed or with two single beds and fully equipped kitchen with living room that is designed in such a way, so that two extra beds are available. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and also has: TV, air conditioning, hair dryer, private bathroom and two separate big private balconies, one in each room. From the balconies there is spectacular view over the Libyan Sea.
