Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Farma Giannis is located 2 kilometres from the beach, in Sarti, 3 kilometres away from th center of the place.

Offers peace and is a good choice for bigger groups of people.

Accommodation

Farma Giannis consists of two triple studios and one duplex apartment, all located on the ground floor.

• Triple studio No.1 - includes a double bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate 3 adults or a family with two small children.
• Triple studio No.2 - includes a double bed and a single bed.
• Duplex apartment - has two bedrooms (both with a double bed) and kitchen area with two single beds.

Bed linen and towels are changed every 4 nights (or earlier, upon request).
