• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Fantastico Studios is the perfect destination just in the middle of the west coast of Lefkas. The studios are situated in the most picturesque village, Kalamitsi, on the beautiful WEST coast of the Ionian island Lefkas. They are built just by the village, next to a small forest. The guests get the feeling of living on the edge of the cliff looking at the sunset as the sun dives into the wide open sea.

In creating "Fantastico" the owner Karydis Gerasimos has offered a new dimension in high-standard accommodation.

"Fantastico" offers a tranquil environment with life being in tune with nature.

Accommodation

Each of our spacy studios has a balcony or a veranda with a fantastic sea and sunset view, a private bathroom, and hot water running throughout the day. All studios are equipped with a fridge, a small kitchen, a multimedia 22'' TV, and air-conditioning. Every 4 days the studios get cleaned up and towels with bed liners are replaced. Guest can enjoy either a forest or sea view from their studio.
