RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• The listed prices refer to the entire accommodation unit per day.
• Cancellation is acceptable not later than 22 days before the arrival date.
• If cancellation is done 21 days before the arrival day no amount is refundable.
• Not appearance on the arrival date will result in the cancellation of your reservations and no amount of deposit will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation during your stay, you should pay compensation to the hotel, 50% of the value of the remaining period of your stay.
• In case of extra person not listed in the reservation confirmation you should pay an extra cost of 25% per person/day.
• Guests must pay the full cost of any damage they cause to the property.
• Visitors are not allowed to enter our hotel’s areas (and not in the rooms).
• Guests are not allowed to enter other rooms (regardless of whether they are relatives or friends)
• Smoking is not allowed in the rooms.

The refurbished rooms and apartments have independent entrances and private bathrooms, as well as balconies with a view to the sea. They are beautifully decorated, providing the leisure and the amenities of a modern accommodation facility.

Those who like sightseeing and the wilderness of the mountains can enjoy the picturesque nature of the area. There is a variety of hiking paths only a few minutes away from “Fantasia Studios & Apartments” that lead up to mountain “Dragounteli” and to the picturesque village of “Parthenon”.

Obezbeđen parking u dvorištu vile. Dopala mi se lokacija, jer je malo van Neos Marmarasa pa nema majanja po onim njihovim gore-dole ulicama tamo. Sve je stvarno bilo čisto, i pogle je dobar, naravno ako uzimate sobu sa pogled na more, očekujte vrućinu u poslepodnevnim časovima zbog zapadne orjentacije. Domaćini su ljubazni i prijatni.

Beautiful and extremely clean accommodation, rooms are cleaned constantly, hygiene is at a high level. Near the beach. The owners are extremely hospitable, cordial. Parking provided. We'll be back again. Maja

Mister Ioannis is a great man and a wonderful host - They cleaned the room every day - The room had a balcony - In our stay, they changed the towels - The bathroom had the necessary tools to clean after you took the shower - They had a private parking - The garden was wonderful and big - The house was near a public beach
