• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival,
the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which
in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Fanis House On The Beach is located 100 meters from the beach in Kalyves, on the Sithonia peninsula. The house can accommodate 7 people and offers a nice garden with lots of natural shade.
Accommodation
The house spreads over two levels connected by stairs.
It has two bedrooms - one is air-conditioned and has a double bed, while the other room has two double beds and a sofa bed. The living room is also air-conditioned and has a large corner sofa that folds out into a double bed.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a dining table.
The house has two private bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.
The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the first floor there is a covered terrace with seating.
Guests have access to a private garden with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Free parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation.
