Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description
Accommodation
The house is spread over two levels connected by stairs.
It features two bedrooms – one is air-conditioned and furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two double beds and a sofa bed. The living room is also air-conditioned and includes a large corner sofa that can be converted into a bed for two persons.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer, a stove with oven, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, a toaster, and a dining table.
The house has two private bathrooms with a shower, a bathtub, and a washing machine.
The accommodation is equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and a TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
On the upper floor, there is a covered terrace with a seating set.
Guests have access to a private garden with an outdoor dining area and a barbecue (available upon request). Free parking is available on the street in front of the accommodation. Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
