• Minimum stay: 3 nights in May and 28.09 - 05.10, 4 nights from 01.06. until 19.06., and 5 nights from 20.06. till 13.09.
• HB - Breakfast and lunch or dinner is included in the price (Lunch-Dinner includes per person bread, 1 small salad, main course (either from the menu of the day or grill food a la carte), soft drink and desert.
• The above prices are in euros per room/per night with half board except for may and october when the prices refer for BB (bed and breakfast).
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (5€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 25% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
EXCEPTIONS: If the cancellation is due to closed borders, positive COVID-19 tests of the guests or other general restrictions due to the pandemic then the deposits are fully refunded.
