Description

Family Paradise is a maisonette in Gerakini, between Nea Moudania and Nikiti, in Halkidiki. Nikiti is a 20-minute drive away, and Nea Moudania is about 15. The location simultaneously provides enough facilities but also the peace and intimacy necessary for a vacation.

The maisonette is part of a complex of three buildings with private parking, a children's playground, and a swimming pool. It is set in the second row from Gerakini beach, less than 100 meters away, while the town center is 200 meters away.

The maisonette can comfortably accommodate two families with two or three children each (up to 10 giuests).

Accommodation

The maisonette is new and has never been rented out. It is located on the second floor with an area of 100m2, including three terraces.

The large terrace is about 10 square meters and is accessed from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It faces the first row of buildings next to the beach called Porto Gerakini and has a partial sea view. It features seating for 4-5 people and a dining table for 8 people.

The other two terraces look towards the interior of the complex and have a view of the pool and private parking. One can be accessed from the second bedroom, and the other from the dining room.

The maisonette consists of a spacious living area (kitchen, dining room, and living room) and three bedrooms. There is one bathroom on both levels. The ground floor features two bedrooms with double beds. The upper level (loft) offers a spacious bedroom with an area for children's entertainment. There are three double beds, chaise lounges, and a TV with a Nintendo console. The living room has two sofa beds and a large TV.

Each room is equipped with an air conditioner.

Guests of the maisonette have two parking spaces within the complex and a private pool at their disposal.

Gerakini offers lovely restaurants, cafes, a pastry shop, a bakery, a butcher, several basketball courts, a promenade by the sea, a cinema, a children's theater, etc. The advantage is the proximity to Thessaloniki (45 to 60 minutes) and the highway up to 15 km from the town, so there is no time wasted in traffic jams. Gerakini has two fully stocked stores. One is 100m from the accommodation, and the other is a few hundred meters away. The nearest Lidl is located in Polygyros, which is only 10 km away and can be reached by highway (without crowds) in 10 minutes.
