Description

Falcone Resident is located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 180 meters from the beach. The villa can accommodate 11 guests and offers a garden with a swimming pool.

Accommodation

The villa features five bedrooms. Four have double beds, and the fifth has two single beds. There is a corner sofa bed in the living room. Three rooms have private bathrooms (the total number of bathrooms is four), and each has an air conditioner and a TV.

The kitchen includes a stove, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer, an electric kettle, and a dining area.

The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dryer, and a hair dryer. Owners can send a maid every five days to change bed linen and towels.

Guests have at their disposal two terraces overlooking the pool, while in front of the villa is a covered porch with a seating area.

The complex includes a garden with a swimming pool and sunbeds. The gate is opened by a remote control. There is space to park one or two cars in the yard, while additional vehicles can be parked on the street around the building. Pets are not allowed.
