Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Exohiko House is located 200 meters from the nearest beach, 1.5km from the center of Metamorfosi and 5 km from Nikiti, on the peninsula of Sithonia.

Offers private house surrounded with garden full of olives and pine trees.

Accommodation

Exohiko House includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and living room with sofa bed, kitchen equipped with 4 cooking rings, oven, large fridge with freezer, kettle and all cooking utensils.

Guests can use BBQ facilities in the garden, as well as the private parking.
House can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.
