Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If a reservation is canceled up to 30-15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 50% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Excellent Villa is located in Vourvourou, in a distance of 60 m from the sandy beach with crystal clear waters. The house, tastefully decorated, is ideal for those seeking comfort during their summer vacation.

Accommodation

The villa is set in a building (only half of the building is for rent). It consists of three levels which are connected by internal staircase and can accommodate 6 adults. Additionally it is possible to accommodate 2 children.

It has three bedrooms on the first and second floor, all with air conditioning, TV and balcony overlooking the sea. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second two single beds and the third a king size bed.

On the ground floor, which has direct access to the garden, you will find the kitchen and an open plan dining and living room.

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, kettle, machine Nespresso, etc and all cooking utensils, while the living room has a large TV. The main WC/shower is on the first floor and on the ground floor there is a second WC/shower.

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days, while cleaning is done halfway through the stay (for booking of up to 10 days).

In front of the house there is a shared green garden (200 m²) with garden furniture and umbrella, while at the rear you will find two car parking spaces. The house is also equipped with a mini safe. Wireless Internet access is available to all floors.
