Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.

Description

Evristhenis House is situated at the foot of a hill in Toroni, Sithonia, 200 meters from the beach The complex consists of a two-story building with 4 apartments ( House Evristhenis 1) and a building with 7 studios (Evristhenis House 2). From your balcony, you can enjoy the view over our 1000m² well-maintained garden. Besides flowers and trees, you will find in the garden a water fountain and a BBQ for relaxing, pleasant evenings.

Nearby you will find unfolding the long beautiful sandy beach reaching up to the archaeological site of Toroni. Shops, taverns, and restaurants are a walking distance away (200m).

Accommodation

Evristhenis House is a complex consisting of one ground floor and one two-sided building.

There are five studios suitable for 3 people, surface area of 23m², studio type A. They are equipped with one double bed and one single bed. Next to them, there is another studio suitable for 3 people, studio type B, of the same area, in the ground-floor building. Studio type B is equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed in the bedroom, while the kitchen is separate. Three-bed studios have a view of the courtyard. Kitchens in all studios are equipped with a small refrigerator and a two-burner stove.

Within the two-story building, there are 4 apartments with an area of 52 m², suitable for 4 people, apartment type A. Two are located on the first and two on the second floor. Each apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and the other two single beds. Kitchen and dining room are separate. All apartments have two terraces and a view of the courtyard. The kitchen in the apartment is equipped with a large refrigerator and a mini stove with a small oven.

All accommodation units are equipped with air conditioners. TV and internet. The terraces are equipped with awnings or parasols. Bathrooms are equipped with showers with curtains, as well as hair dryers. Each unit has lines for drying clothes, and in the complex there is also a shared washing machine that you can use in agreement with the owner.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every fifth day.

The buildings are located in a spacious yard with lots of greenery and natural shade. Within the complex there is also a small children's playground, areas for sitting and socializing, a summer kitchen with a grill. Private parking spaces in the shade are provided for all guests.
