Evi’s Seasons Studios

Evi's Seasons Studios is located in the old part of Sarti, on the Sithonia peninsula. Given that it is set only 60 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the town center, one of the main advantages of this facility is its location. The complex offers accommodation for 3-5 people.

Accommodation

There are three triple studios and one five-bed apartment. All units are on the first floor.

Each studio has a double and a single bed, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a terrace. Two studios have direct sea views, and the third has a side sea view.

The apartment contains two rooms - one has a double, and the other a double and a single bed. It also has a kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the street.

Kitchens in all units include a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an electric kettle, and kitchenware. The private bathrooms have a shower and a hairdryer.

All units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and mosquito nets. A baby cot is also available on request. Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the rooms during their stay, while bed linen and towels are changed every five days.

It is important to note that the complex does not feature a garden or private parking, but public parking is available to guests 300 meters from the accommodation. The facility also has its own beach bar, where deckchairs and umbrellas are available with an order
