Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Evi's Home is located on the Sithonia peninsula, on the main road above Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou. It is 500 meters from the nearest beach. It offers accommodation for 5 people with a spacious yard, barbecue, and parking.

Accommodation

The facility features one apartment with two bedrooms. There is a double bed in one, and two single beds in the other. It has a separate living room with a kitchen that includes a stove, an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, kitchenware, and a dining table. There is also a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, a television, and an iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, while cleaning is not done during the stay.

Guests have at their disposal a large garden with a summerhouse, barbecue, outdoor seating and dining areas, outdoor shower, and space for parking in front of the yard.
