• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Evelen Sarti is an accommodation set in Sarti, on the peninsula of Sithonia, at a distance of 300m from the beach. The studios are renovated in 2016. and due to their location on the little hill offer a panoramic view of the village.

It is situated in the old part of Sarti, nearby all the contents, restaurants, cafes, stores and 5 minutes from the beach.

Accommodation

There are 4 studios in total - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor.

All the studios have a double bed. If necessary, one extra bed for a third person or a child can be provided. Studios are nicely and neatly arranged, verandas are very comfortable and they all have a sea and city view.

The 2 studios on the ground floor has a separate yard and a nice view. All studios have air-conditioning and a TV set, a wireless internet signal, a renovated bathroom, a big veranda.

Next to the house there is a place for barbecuing and socializing.

Although it is very near to the city center, the house is on a small hill which enables a panoramic view.
