Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
Evangelia's Family House is nestled in a lush green 4000 square meter garden, with a lawn, trees and flowers, 150m from the beach of Livrohio (Trani Ammouda), one of Halkidiki's most beautiful beaches (awarded with the E.U. blue flag every year).
Our studios can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people each. They are fully equipped with a kitchen, cooking utensils, microwave oven, refrigerator, television, airconditioning (A/C), bath and large balcony with a view to the sea.
The surrounding area has private parking, a children’s playground, barbeque, brick oven, as well as a kiosk where guests may enjoy their coffee or meal.
Several restaurants and a supermarket can be found at the centre of Ormos Panagias, 400 metres away. The traditional Agios Nikolaos Village is 2 km away, while Nikiti Beach is at a distance of 7 km. Free private parking is possible on site.
