Complex consists of five accommodation units.

Junior Suite B1 is located at the 1st floor of the Complex, and is fully new elegant apartment. It has 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds), a fully equipped separate kitchen with oven, bathroom and large balcony overlooking the pedestrian area of Asprovalta. Includes: free WiFi, balcony with view o pedestrian, TV, A/C. It is ideal for large families and can accommodate 4 people and 1 child.

Junior Suite B2 is located at the 1st floor of the Complex B and is fully new elegant apartment. It has 2 bedrooms ( One bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with 2 single beds), a fully equipped separate kitchen with sofa-bed, bathroom and balcony. Includes: microwave, free WiFi, balcony, TV, A/C. It is ideal for large families and can accommodate 4 people.

Luxury Junior Suite B3 is located on the ground floor of Complex B in the center of Asprovalta in Strymonikos bay. It has 2 bedrooms (One bedroom is with double bed and second bedroom has two single beds), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and access to the garden. Includes: free WiFi, garden with furniture, TV, A/C. Can accommodate up to 4 people.

Superior Studio B4 can accommodate 2 people. It is located on the second floor and has been completely renovated. It features a double bed, a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, and kitchenware, as well as a private bathroom with a shower.

Deluxe Suite B5 is set on the second floor and has been completely renovated. It can accommodate 5 people and consists of three bedrooms. The first room contains a double bed, the second two single beds, and the third one single bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, an espresso machine, an electric kettle, and kitchenware.

The terrace is covered, very spacious, and can be used as a living room. It has a seating area and a dining table. The apartment is air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and Smart TV.

Sve pohvale za vlasnicu i za smeštaj. Apartman je isti kao i na slikama, sve je novo i uredno, čisto i na svom mestu. Kuhinja je potpuno opremljena, poseduje i aparat za kafu. Kupatilo je predivno. Terasa odlična.
