Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

• The ground-floor apartment is located on the ground floor of Complex A, has direct access to garden with the necessary furniture. It consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Apartment can accommodate 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Standard Apartment A2​

• Our totally renovated Standard Apartment A2 located on the 1st floor of Complex A. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, one bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate full equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The apartment has a balcony on the front and can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Standard Apartment A3​

• Our renovated Standard Apartment No3  is located on the 1st floor of Complex A. Consists of two bedrooms, a bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with 2 single beds, separate full equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The balcony at the back, is ideal to enjoy your coffee or wine with quiet and calm. Standard Apartment No3 can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

Standard Apartment A4​

• The Standard Apartment A4 is located on the 2 nd floor of Complex A. This apartment consists of two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a double bed, and second bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. You can relax and calm at the balcony after a day on the beach of Asprovalta.

Superior Apartment​ A5

•  This newly renovated Superior Apartment A5 is located on the 2nd floor of Complex A. The Apartment consists of two rooms, one bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a separate large dining-sitting kitchen (where there are two couches that open into comfortable single beds), a fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and one bathroom with shower. Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.

Odseli smo u žutom apartmanu juna 2019. Apartman je čist, renoviran i ima dve spavaće sobe i odvojenu kuhinju tako da je pogodan za porodice. Lokacija je dobra, nalazi se u mirnijem delu grada tako da vas buka sa ulice neće buditi, pogotovo ako imate bebu a plaža je blizu (ima više od 200 metara ali nije strašno, brzo se stiže peške). Gazdarica je bila ljubazna i uslužna. Peškire možete menjati i češće ako želite, samo ostavite peškire u korpi i gazdarica će vam ostaviti ispred vrata čiste. Sve u svemu, smeštaj za preporuku.
