• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• Check in - from 13 to 15 hours ; Check out - from 09 do 11 hours.
• Cleaning and changing towels and linen every three days.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Just 100 m from Agios Ioannis Beach in Lefkada, the family-run Evaggelia Studios is set amidst a blossomed garden full of colourful flowers and citrus trees. It offers self-catering units with a spacious balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea or the mountain.

Accommodation

Fitted with soft colours and light-wooden or wrought-iron beds, the air-conditioned studios of Evaggelia have a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Facilities include a stove, a fridge and a flat-screen TV. The modern bathroom comes with bath tub or shower and hairdryer. All units offer free WiFi access.

Apartment for 4 guests consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a kitchen with two single beds. It spreads over 55m2, and offer a spacious terrace (20m2).
