• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description
In the small fishing village of Skala Maries, on the island of Thasos, there is the Evaggelia Nikolaki Sea View facility located. Located near the center, this property is about 50 meters from the beach and has a beautiful view of the sea. Shops and taverns are located within a range of 150 meters.
Accommodation
Evaggelia Nikolaki Sea View consists of one studio on the first floor and one apartment on the second floor.
The studio has one double bed, one single bed, and one sofa bed. It also has its own bathroom and equipped kitchen, and has access to a spacious terrace with a view of the sea and the charming town of Skala Maries. The studio can accommodate two, three or four persons.
The apartment is made up of 3 rooms each of them has a double bed and these three rooms share a common kitchen, so, for this reason, the apartment is suitable for renting a larger family or a group of friends. The dining room is located on a shared terrace overlooking the sea, and the kitchen also includes a fridge and stove. The apartment spreads on the entire floor of the house and can accommodate maximum of 8 persons.
Both accommodation units have WiFi internet and air conditioning, TV, hairdryer, and mosquito nets. The building does not have private parking, but a parking place can be found on the street in front of the house. Cleaning and replacement of bedding are done every 3 days.
