Eva's Rooms is situated in the heart of Stavros, approximately 350 meters from the beach. It is situated next to a park with a children's playground and a nearby promenade. All necessary amenities are within walking distance.
The complex offers accommodation suitable for couples or families with 2-3 children.
Accommodation
Three renovated accommodation units are available - two studios and one apartment.
Studio Eva 1 is located on the ground floor and can comfortably accommodate a family of four. The studio has a double bed and two single beds. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove for preparing quick and easy meals, and kitchen utensils. It has a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and towels. A terrace with a table and chairs is available to guests.
The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with a Plasma TV, free Wi-Fi internet, and a baby cot and a high chair that can be added on request.
Studio Eva 2 is located on the first floor and can accommodate a family with 2-3 children. It has a double and a bunk bed, with the possibility of adding a baby cot and a high chair. The studio has a kitchenette that includes a large fridge with a freezer, a two-burner stove, and kitchen utensils. There is also a private bathroom with a shower cabin, a hair dryer, and towels, while the terrace is covered and equipped with seating.
The studio is air-conditioned and equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi internet.
Apartment Eva 3 is set on the second floor and can accommodate a family with 2-3 children. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, while the other room features 2 single beds for children.
The apartment has a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a two-burner stove for preparing light meals, and kitchen utensils. The private bathroom has a shower cabin, a hair dryer, and towels. The terrace offers a view of the hills and is equipped with a table and chairs.
The unit is equipped with air conditioning in both rooms, free Wi-Fi internet, television, and a cot and high chair can be added on request.
Free private parking is provided for guests.
