• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Ethnick’s Apartments 2 is located in Ormos Panagias, on the peninsula of Sithonia in Halkidiki, 500m from Latoura beach and 1km away from the center, the closest store and bakery.

The facility offers accommodation for 2 up to 5 people.

Accommodation

Ethnick’s Apartments 2 has 3 accommodation units on the ground floor- one room for two people (without air conditioning) and two five-bed apartments.

The double room has one double bed, shelves, and a fridge. There is a small oven and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathroom has tiles (without an enclosed shower area).

The five-bed apartments consist of a bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. One apartment has a sofa for two persons in the living room and a double bed in the bedroom. One extra bed can be added.

The other apartment has two double beds and it is possible to add one rancho bed. The bathrooms have an enclosed shower area with a curtain.

Towels and bed linen are changed every five days.

Parking is in a paved area in front of the facility.
