• Note: Tourist tax (8€ per day/per unit) is included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival in cash.

Security Deposit
• A €50 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay provided that bed linen and towels are not permanently stained by substances that cannot be removed by washing (sunscreen, chocolate, nail polish, etc.).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Erika's Apartment is located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. The accommodation is 150 meters from the sea, and 2 kilometers from the city beach. The studio can accommodate 4 people and offers a spacious terrace with a sea view.

Accommodation

The studio is set on the ground floor, and is most suitable for two adults and two children. It contains two joined single beds, and a sofa that can be extended into a double bed.

The kitchen includes a two-burner mini-oven, a small refrigerator, basic cookware, and a toaster. There is also a private bathroom with a shower.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, which can be used for an additional fee. Free Wi-Fi internet, mosquito nets, and TV are available. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Guests have access to a terrace with a table, chairs and a view of the sea.

Parking is possible on the street in front of the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed.
