• Shared washing machine - free of charge.
• Breakfast basket - 10 EUR per person/ per day (can be requested a day in advance).
• Note: The tourist tax (8€ per day/room) is included in regular prices.
• A deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid on the first day upon arrival in cash.

Security Deposit
• A €50 security deposit is required upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of the stay provided that bed linen and towels are not permanently stained by substances that cannot be removed by washing (sunscreen, chocolate, nail polish, etc.).

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus the administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Erika Boutique Apartments is located 300m from the beautiful beaches of Nikiti and from the pedestrian street of the beach with grocery stores, cafes, pizzerias and bars. In less than 150m it has basic necessities such as an oven and a grocery store. At a distance of 300m, there is a sports area (soccer field).

Very quiet neighborhood with comfortable parking outside the complex.

Accommodation

A brand new modern residential complex that was completed in 2020 and consists of 4 studios of 30sq.m. each one.

Each studio consists of a single space, nicely designed to make you feel comfortable. The double bed and a sofa bed can accommodate up to 4 people. A fully equipped kitchen with an oven will help you prepare meals.

There's also a 32 smart TV with YouTube, Netflix and a work area for a computer, air conditioning and a comfortable bathroom. Each room has its own independent wifi. There is a balcony in front of each house of 10 sq.m. covered and access to a garden with lawn 135sq.m. as well as on the backside it has access to a garden of 70 sq.m. It is bright, thermally insulated and in a quiet neighborhood.

Low lighting and great atmosphere at night in the communal garden to enjoy your drink outside or from the balcony of your room.
