Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Eolica Rooms is set on the Sithonia peninsula, just 110 meters from the beach in Sarti and 5 minutes (450 m) from shops, taverns, and the central area of the town. Its location combines silence and peace, yet proximity to all the amenities that this resort has. The complex offers luxurious and modern accommodation for 2-4 people and private parking.

Accommodation

The building consists of 11 studios and 1 apartment.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is located on the second floor and contains two double beds. Only one room is air-conditioned.

One triple studio with a double and a single bed is set on the second floor, while 10 double studios with double beds are distributed on the first and second floors. There are three Standard and two Economy studios on the first floor, and two Standard, two Economy, and one Comfort studios on the second floor.

Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower and a kitchen that includes a two-burner stove, a small refrigerator, and an electric kettle. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, satellite television, mosquito nets, and double anatomical mattresses. Terraces with tables and chairs are available to guests, some of which have direct or partial sea views.

Accommodation units are cleaned and towels are changed every two days, while bed linen is changed every four days. Next to the accommodation is a private parking lot.
