Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Emilia`s House is located near Psili Amos beach, in the southern part of the island of Thassos. It has 7 accommodation units, including 6 studios for 2 to 4 people and one apartment for 4 or 5 people. The accommodation is 50 meters from the beach.

Accommodation

Studio 1 (20m) contains a double bed and bunk beds and is designed for up to 4 people. It has a private bathroom and a terrace with a garden view.

Studio 2 (15m) has a double and a sofa bed and is suitable for up to 4 people. It features a private bathroom and a terrace with a table and chairs overlooking the courtyard.

Studio 3 (18m) has a double and a single bed and is designed for up to 3 people. It has a private bathroom and a terrace with a sea view.

Studio 4 (20m) accommodates up to 4 people. It has a double bed and bunk beds, a private bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.

Studios 5 and 6 (15m) have a shared terrace and each is suitable for up to 3 people. The studios have double beds and one single bed each.

The apartment (25m) for up to 4 people has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a possibility for a fifth person to stay in the apartment, on an extra bed. The kitchen is standard equipped and has a fridge and an oven.

All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, and accompanying kitchen accessories such as a stove with two burners, a cooker, and a toaster. The yard features a swing, a play area, and a barbecue. Free private parking is available.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen is done every three days.

Emilia`s House is recommended for families with children, but also for young people who can quickly reach Potos, where they can enjoy music and good times, and there are two restaurants near the accommodation.
