Cancelation policy

Emi House is located in Vourvourou on the Sithonia peninsula. It has its own beach with natural shade from the surrounding trees. Seven accommodation units are available to guests.

Apartment no. 1 - Area of 24m2, accommodation capacity for up to 3 people. Within it is a bedroom with a double bed and one single bed. While in the second room there is a separate room with a kitchen equipped with a combined refrigerator and mini stove and a dining area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. The terrace offers a view of the sea, and there is also outdoor furniture.

Apartment no. 5 - Area of 50m2, accommodation capacity for up to 6 people. There are two bedrooms equipped with one double bed and one single bed each. There is a sitting area in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator and mini stove, only in this apartment there is a microwave oven and a toaster. There is also a terrace with sea view and outdoor furniture.
Apartment no. 6.- Area of 34 m2, accommodation capacity for up to 5 people. There is a double bed in two separate bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator and mini stove.
Apartment No. 7 - Surface of 34m2, accommodation capacity for up to 5 people. It has its own private entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. And in the living room there are three sofa beds. The kitchen is equipped with a combined refrigerator and mini stove.

Guests of all accommodation units have access to air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, and an ironing board and iron are available upon request.

The private beach is directly accessible from the courtyard of the accommodation. The private beach is equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs, as well as two canoes and a boat ramp.

The yard is decorated with greenery, and there is also a playground for children, two summer houses, barbecue, sunbeds, umbrellas.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days, while guests themselves maintain the hygiene of the accommodation units during their stay.

There is a private parking lot.
