Description

Emerald Apartments Complex Nikiti is located on the Sithonia peninsula, in the town of Nikiti. It is 500 meters from the nearest beach and 87.6 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 6 guests (5 adults and one child).

Accommodation

Within the complex, there are 3 accommodation units (apartments N1, N2, and N3). All three apartments are identical in size, layout, and equipment.

The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed, air conditioning, and a television. There is also the possibility of adding one extra bed. This room also includes a dining area (table and 4 chairs) and a very well-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, oven, and stove.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed, a television, and a semi-separated area with two single beds. The second bedroom contains two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The bathroom is standardly equipped with a shower cabin, washbasin, and toilet.

The apartment has a terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Towels and bed linen are provided. Guests have access to one parking space, with additional street parking available in front of the complex. Guests may also use a washing machine. The entire property is covered with free wireless internet.
Small pets are welcome upon request and with an additional charge.
