• Prices are expressed in € and refer to 2 persons for a studio, and 4 persons for an apartment. Each additional person older than 3 years old pays 7 EUR per day.
• Additional child up to 2.99 years - Free.
• These are the official prices of the property owner.
• Note: Tourist tax (2€ per day/per room) not included in regular prices.
• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elpis Villa is located 500 meters from the beach and center of Limenaria, on the island of Thassos. Can accommodate from 2+2 persons up to 4+2 persons.

Guests can enjoy in quite enviroment, BBQ facilities and all facilities for self-catering stay.

Accommodation

Elpis Villa has ground floor with 2 studios and upper floor with one duplex apartment.

Blue studio (35m2) includes a double bed, sofa bed and kitchenette. The ceiling in this studio is lower. Can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children.

Red studio (45m2) has a double bed, single bed with drawer bed, sofa and kitchenette. The ceiling in this studio is lower. Can accommodate up to 4 adults.

Duplex apartment (77m2) has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen. Apartment includes two terraces and can accommodate 5 adults and 1 child.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 3 days.
