Ellea Villa is part of a complex consisting of well-kept houses within a freshly green park environment. The villa is independent from the others with exclusive access to a garden that is approximately 50m away from the sea.

It has one two-bedroom apartment that consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room with a sofa on the ground floor and two bedrooms (a double bed in each room) on the first floor.
