• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Eliza's House is located 160 meters from Sozopoli Beach, 6 km from Nea Kallikratia, at the entrance to the Halkidiki peninsula. The property offers accommodation for 4 guests, featuring a yard and private parking.
Accommodation
There are two four-bed apartments available, both situated on the ground floor.The apartments have the same layout and equipment. Each unit includes a living room with a sofa bed and kitchen, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a private bathroom with shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a small stove with two burners and an oven, a refrigerator, and a kettle. The units are air-conditioned and feature free Wi-Fi and a TV.
Cleaning service is not provided during the stay; however, spare sets of bed linen and towels are available, and guests may change them themselves as needed.
Guests can enjoy a terrace overlooking the garden, as well as a shared yard with barbecue facilities. Free private parking is also provided.

Nea Triglia is a small and peaceful town on the western coast of Halkidiki, not far from Nea Moudania. The area is known for its fishing tradition, local tavernas and a relaxed atmosphere typical of smaller Greek seaside towns.The beach in Nea Triglia is long and mostly sandy, with calm and shallow waters that are suitable for swimming. Some parts of the beach have beach bars with sunbeds, while other sections offer more natural shade and space for those who prefer a quieter place by the sea.
Thanks to its proximity to Thessaloniki and other destinations on the Kassandra peninsula, Nea Triglia can also be a good starting point for exploring this part of Halkidiki, while still offering a peaceful seaside setting.
