Elite City Apartments & Maisonettes is a complex located in Lefkada Town, the capital of Lefkada Island. It is set in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by olive trees, 500 meters from the main pedestrian street and 2.4 km from Agios Ioannis Beach. The complex offers various types of accommodation for 2–5 guests, featuring a courtyard and private parking.
Accommodation
There are 10 accommodation units in total.Studios
Deluxe Studio 01 – Located on the ground floor and suitable for 2 guests. The studio includes a double bed, a kitchen with a small dining table (2-ring hob, small refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle), a private bathroom with shower, and a terrace with table and chairs.
Deluxe Studio 02 – This spacious studio is located on the first floor and can accommodate 2–4 guests. It features a double bed and a corner sofa bed. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, full-size stove with oven, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle. There is also a modern bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the garden.
Loft Apartments
Loft 01 – Located on the ground floor and suitable for 2–3 guests. The unit is arranged on two levels connected by stairs. The lower level includes a living room with sofa, kitchen (small refrigerator, 2-ring hob, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine), and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom with a double bed is located on the loft gallery. A terrace with garden view is available.
Loft 02 – Also located on the ground floor and suitable for 2–3 guests, with the same layout as Loft 01. The only difference is the kitchen equipment — instead of a conventional oven, Loft 02 features a microwave.
Apartments
One-Bedroom Apartment – Located on the first floor and suitable for 2–4 guests. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room with kitchen includes a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, large refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. There is also a private bathroom with shower and a terrace with table and chairs.
Two-Bedroom Apartment – The largest unit in the complex, located on the ground floor. It accommodates 4–5 guests and offers a garden view. Both bedrooms have double beds, and the living room includes a sofa. The kitchen features a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. There is a private bathroom with shower and a spacious covered terrace with table and chairs.
Maisonettes
Maisonettes 01 & 02 – Identical in layout and equipment, located on the ground floor and suitable for 2–4 guests. They are arranged on two levels connected by stairs. The lower level includes a living room with sofa, kitchen, and dining area, while the loft gallery features a bedroom with a double bed. Each level has its own bathroom. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, stove with oven, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The maisonettes also have terraces with outdoor furniture.
Maisonette 03 – Located on the second floor and suitable for 2–3 guests. The lower level is an open-plan space with a double bed and kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. The kitchen includes a small refrigerator, mini stove with oven and three burners, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, and dining area. Stairs lead to a gallery with a single bed. The unit also offers a spacious terrace with table and chairs.
Maisonette 04 – Located on the second floor and suitable for 2–4 guests. The lower level includes a private bathroom with shower and an open-plan space with a double bed and kitchen (small refrigerator, mini stove with three burners and oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). Stairs lead to a gallery with another double bed. A spacious terrace with a lovely view of the surroundings is available.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi and a TV. Towels are changed every 3 days.
The complex features a courtyard and free private parking.
