Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elisavet Studios is just a 2-minute walk from Golden Beach in Skala Potamia, Thassos. The sandy city beach is 200m away. This accommodation offers studios and apartments for a comfortable stay during your self-catering holidays on Thassos.

The location is both quiet and convenient since it's just a short walk from everything you will need like restaurants and snack bars, super markets, bakeries, beach bars and nightlife, taxi and bus services and much more. For children there is a playground on the beach as well as a fun fair park with many games.

The complex is in the process of being completely renovated for the 2025 season, and will be ready in mid-June.

Accommodation.

A total of 5 accommodation units are available - 2 studios and 3 apartments.

• Studio Magnolia - located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It has a double and a single bed.

• Apartment Rose - set on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the room with the kitchen.

• Lavander Studio - located on the first floor and offers a view of the sea. It can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. It has a double bed and one single bed.

• Apartment Lily - set on the first floor, offers a view of the sea, and is suitable for 4 people. It has a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a sofa bed.

• Apartment Sunflower - located on the first floor and offers a view of the sea. It can accommodate 5 people and contains two bedrooms - one with a double bed, and the other with three single beds. This apartment has two terraces.

All units have a kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a coffee maker, and a kettle; private bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, as well as a terrace. They are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet and television.

Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every 4th day.

In the yard you can enjoy the shade and make a barbecue with friends and family. Private parking is available
