Elisavet House

Elisavet House is a facility located in Sarti, Sithonia, in the first row to the sea - only a street separates it from the beach. It offers air-conditioned studios for 3-4 people, a sea view, and a convenient location with all the necessary facilities nearby.

Accommodation

Elisavet House has six studios.

Four-bed Studio (28m²)
• A total of four units
• Two on the ground floor, two on the first floor
• Double bed and two single beds

Triple Studio (15m²)
• Two units in total
• Ground level
• Double bed and single bed
• Backyard view 

All studios are air-conditioned and equipped with wireless internet and satellite television. They have private bathrooms with showers and terraces with seating areas. The kitchens contain a refrigerator with a small freezing compartment, a stove with two hotplates, and the necessary kitchenware.

The units are cleaned before and after the stay, and the owners provide clean towels and sheets every four nights. The guests replace them themselves because the owners do not enter the rooms.

Pets are allowed, and there is a parking space on the street in front of the building. Upon request, the owners may provide a mobile BBQ, but it must be transferred to the beach (the use of BBQ is not allowed in the garden, so the smoke doesn't bother other guests).
