RESERVATION POLICY
• In order to complete the reservation of the apartment an advance payment is necessary, which is 25% of your total stay price. The advance payment can not be less than the price of the one-night stay. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.
• The only currency accepted is EURO (€).
• Any bank transfer fees or currency conversion fees, shall be covered solely and exclusively by you.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• If the cancellation is made at least 21 days before your arrival, you are refunded the full amount of the deposit.
• If the cancellation is made in less than 21 days before your arrival, no refund is given.

Description

Elias Studio & Apartment is located in the area of Pelion, in Agios Ioannis village, near Papa Nero beach. Agios Ioannis is one of the most beautiful and famous places in the area of Pelion.

Elias Studio

The studio has an area of 25m² and can accommodate 2 persons. The studio includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bed, a private bathroom, and a terrace.

Elias Apartment

The apartment is 50m² and can accommodate up to 4 people. It features one double room, living room with two sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Guests enter cleaned accommodation, but there is no cleaning option during the guests' stay.

Wireless Internet is available in public areas and in both units.

Beaches

The complex is just 100 meters away from the splendid beach Papa Nero, where the beautiful natural setting is combined with crystal clear water. Papa Nero is a nice sandy beach, ideal for relaxing in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

At a distance of 400m from the complex is the main beach Agios Ioannis and it is the most beautiful beach in the area of Pelion. The beach offers plenty of entertainment for families and youth, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars.

At a short distance north of Agios Ioannis place is the beach Plaka. This beach will impress all the visitors with its wild natural beauty, crystal clear waters, and lush vegetation that reaches to the edge of the beach.

Damouchari is a fantastic sandy beach with a natural harbor, 2km away from Elias Studio & Apartment.

Sjajan smestaj ,na odlicnoj lokaciji,uredno ,dobro opremljen apartman.:relaxed:

Ovog leta bili smo gosti smeštaja u dvokrevetnom studiju. Sve je bilo sjajno, počevši od prvog kontakta sa vlasnikom Vasilisom od koga smo dobili sve potrebne informacije i instrukcije vezano za dolazak i boravak u njihovom studiju pa do gostoprimstva i ljubaznosti njegove majke i rođake koje su nas dočekale. Studio je imao sve što je potrebno za boravak, čišćenje i zamena peškira i posteljine na tri dana. Blizina plaža je takva da auto nismo koristili. Pilion nas je oduševio i sigurno ćemo ponovo ići sledeće godine kao gosti ovog smeštaja.

Smestaj je na odlicnom mestu jer je mnogo bolji izbor smestiti se na Papa Neru nego u Ag,Ioannis-u, a opet je odavde jako blizu Ag.Ioannis koji je potreban za nabavku i izlazak. Bukvalno se samo predje mostic. Izuzetno cist i odrzavan redovno smestaj, veoma prijatan boravak, domacini -sjajna porodica. Uopsteno je stanovnistvo iz ovog kraja je veoma prijatno i gostoljubivo. Preko puta vile je lepa i jako stara crkva koju vlasnica otkljucava ujutro i zakljucava uvece.Pored je kamp i parking koji nama licno nisu ni malo smetali. Jedinu zamerku i problem koji smo mi imali su kratki kreveti sa granicnikom i nisu za decu visu od 160 cm, a bracni lezaj je sirine 140 cm. Vlasnici su rekli da ce resiti za sledece leto, a verujem da hoce.

Sve pohvale za smeštaj i za vlasnike istog. Odlična lokacija, parking ispred samog smeštaja, čišćenje apartmana (koje uključuje i menjanje peškira i posteljine) na svaka 3 dana, predusretljivi i ljubazni vlasnici, dobra cena,... Ako opet odlučimo da posetimo Pelion (što nije nemoguće jer smo se zaljubili u isti), nećemo mnogo razmišljati o smeštaju. Sve preporuke! PS. Da, u blizini jeste dečiji kamp, ali postoji kućni red kojeg se strogo pridržavaju, tako da ne bi trebalo nikome da smeta. Nama nije ni najmanje, naprotiv.

Hvala puno Vasilisu i Gruziji na gostoprimstvu. Oduševljeni smo Gruzijinom ljubaznošću i pažnjom. Sve je bilo u najboljem redu, studio je veoma opremljen, čist, prostran. Plaža Papa Nero je na pet minuta hoda, u blizini je i plaža Agios Joanis. Sve preporuke za mesto i smeštaj. 😊

Izuzetan smestaj. Svaka preporuka. Mi smo bili u dvokrevetnom studiu na spratu koji je jako prostran sa velikom terasom. Kuhinja je skroz opremljena sa posudjem, toster, aparat za kafu, secko... Posteljinu i peskire menjaju na treci dan,a svakodnevno ciste. Vasilis i njegova majka su divni ljudi i mozete im se za sve obratiti. Ispred njihove kuce je veliki javni parking tako da nikada nismo imali problem oko parkiranja a bili smo sredinom avgusta kada je puna sezona. Ako se odlucite za njih necete pogresiti sigurno.

Ovog leta smo krajem jula i početkom avgusta bili u ovom smeštaju. Od prvog kontakta putem mejla (negde u aprilu) je komunikacija sa vlasnikom Vasilisom bila vrlo profesionalna, pažljiva i ljubazna. Lokacija smeštaja je dobra za obilazak gradića i okolnih plaža, sam smeštaj čist, dobro održavan i kvalitetan. Za preporuku! 😊
