• Deposit of 50% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 31 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Meganisi is a small paradise, only 4 miles from Lefkada. It is green all around and has three traditional villages, the Vathi, Katomeri and Spartochori. Eastern and approximately 300 meters from the village Katomeri lies the tranquil bay of ‘Elia’, a place of unique beauty. In a grove of 7 acres, independent residencies of Elia Village are waiting for you to enjoy your holiday with complete relaxation by the sea.

Accommodation

Elia Village is a complex of four independent residencies having the names of Pasiphae, Phaedra, Ariadne and Anastasia.

Phaedra & Pasiphae

Each one consists of two independent apartments, 60 sqm each. Each apartment has a large bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen-dining room and large terraces with dreamy views of Elia Bay. They can accommodate three people and a large sofa comfortable double bed can accommodate an extra person.

Ariadne & Anastasia

Each house has a separate area of 40sqm and features a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchen-dining room and large terraces with magnificent views of the bay. They can accommodate two people and a large sofa can accommodate an extra person.

Towels and bed linen are changed every three days (or more often upon request).
