• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.

Description

Elia Apartments is located in the Elia area (8km from Nikiti), just 90m from Elia Beach, down the stairs. This part of the beach is not arranged. There’s a beach bar 300m from the accommodation where you can use sunbeds with a purchased drink. The grocery store is about 800m away.

The facility offers accommodation for up to 5 people.

Accommodation

Elia Apartments has 12 accommodation units, ten quintuple apartments (60m2), and two bungalows (25m2). Two apartments and bungalows are located on the ground floor (several steps above the ground level) and they have a garden view, while the rest of the apartments are located on the upper floor, six are facing the sea, while two apartments have a garden view.

The apartments have two single beds in the bedroom, one folding sofa bed (narrower than the standard double), and a single bed in the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The maximum capacity of the apartments is five persons (four adults and a child).

The bungalows have one double and a small sofa bed, equipped kitchen with large stove, fridge with freezer, necessary dishes, electric kettle, and a coffee maker in the same room, as well as the bathroom with shower tray. Maximum capacity is two adults and a child aged up to 10 years. In front of each bungalow, there’s a drying rack and a table with chairs.
