Description
Eleven And A Half Apartments is located 200 meters from the beach in Nea Fokea, Kassandra. The accommodation offers a sea view, fenced garden and a balcony.
Accommodation
Eleven And A Half Apartments has two units structured as maisonettes on two levels. One can accommodate 5, and the other 4 guests. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchen, while the upper floor has a bedrom and a bathroom. The living room features a sofa for two people, while the bedroom has a double bed, with one of the apartments also having an additional sofa for two people in the bedroom.
These units have a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle and a toaster.
The maisonettes are air-conditioned and equipped with free Wi-Fi internet, television, and hair dryers. A washing machine is also available in one of the units. The accommodation is not cleaned during the stay, while clean sets of bed linen and towels are provided every 5 days, which guests change themselves.
Terraces with seating are available for guests.
Private parking is not provided, but vehicles can be parked on the street near the accommodation. Pets are not allowed.
