• Deposit of 30% of the total price of the reservation is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance will be paid the first day upon arrival.

Cancelation policy
• If a reservation is canceled up to 21 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be 100% refunded, minus administrative fee which in most cases is 30€ but it could be more.
• If canceled or modified later, the prepayment is nonrefundable.
• In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Description

Eleni Studio is located 450m from the beach in Pefkohori. It can accommodate up to 4 persons and has a furnished veranda overlooking the yard.

Accommodation

The studio is located on the ground floor and contains a double bed and two sofas for one person.

It is important to note that there are no A/C and no mosquto nets on the windows. Amenities include a fan, free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hair dryer, a kitchen with a stove with oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, coffee machine and toaster. 

Pets are allowed upon request. There is a parking lot in the yard.

The cleaning and the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided after 7 day, is done by the guests themselves. The cleaning service can be organized upon request with an additional charge of 20€ per service.
