Description
Elena's Sunset Garden is located on Elia Beach between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras in Sithonia and offers accommodation in studios and apartments for up to 6 people. It has inviting facilities, built-in barbecue, outdoor shower, and a delightful garden with shaded seating, sunbeds, and plenty of parking space.
Accomodation
Elena's Sunset Garden offers accommodation in Olive Garden, Stone House, Apartment and 4 Studios.
Stone House can accommodate up to 4 people. It has 2 air-conditioned rooms with a French bed and 2 sofas. It has a well-equipped kitchen and a completely renovated bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is suitable for up to 6 people. It has 2 sofa beds, a French bed and 2 single beds.
Studios 1 and 4 are suitable for 2 adults with a child. Each studio has a French bed and a sofa bed.
Studios 2 and 3 are suitable for 2 adults with 2 children.
All units are air-conditioned and have free Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on the windows and hair dryers.
The kitchens are equipped with refrigerators and stoves, and some units have a freezer and a stove. There is outdoor furniture on the terraces, which ensures a pleasant outdoor stay for guests.
Towels and bed linen are changed every 4 days, and there is an additional charge for using the washing machine (5 EUR). In the yard there are deckchairs and a grill available to guests. Near the accommodation there is a mini market and a bakery, as well as several restaurants and taverns, the most famous of which are in Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, as well as in the traditional old village of Parthenonas.
During their stay at Elena's Sunset Garden accommodation, guests have the option of going to Blue Flag beaches, such as Kalogria Beach, Spathies, Elia, Lagomandra and Koviou Beach. There are numerous interesting locations on the peninsula, such as the port of Porto Koufo and the villages of Toroni and Sarti.

Sve pohvale za drage i ljubazne domaćine! Upravo sam se vratila sa vikenda provedenog u ovoj vili. Dvorište prelepo uređeno, ambijent pravi domaćinski - oseti se koliko je ljubavi i truda Kris uložio! Smeštaj visoko ocenjujem s obzirom na cenu, lokacija odlična!

Sa velikim zadovoljstvom mogu da napišem da smo moja porodica i ja bili prezadovoljni kako Krisom tako i smeštajem. Bili smo u apartmanu u Nikitiju koji uopšte nije ni bio blizu plaže. Dvorište je predivno, sloboda za decu, 7 i 5 godina. Najlepše plaže do 10 km udaljenosti, što prema Neos Marmarasu, što na istočnu obalu, omiljena nam Lagonisi plaža. Nema potrebe da se kupuje u famoznom Lidl-u, pošto sve ima i u grčkim marketima. Letovali smo od 15. jula i cene su bile pristupačnije nego u Crnoj Gori. Sve u svemu, toplo preporučujem i Helena apartmane i Sitoniju! Do sada naše najlepše i najopuštenije letovanje, nadam se da ćete se i vi tako divno osećati 😊

Moja porodica i ja imamo samo reči hvale za dragog Krisa i teta Mare ,koji su učinili da se osetimo kao da smo kod svoje kuće. Boravili smo u kamenoj kućici koja je ispunila sva naša očekivanja a od samog gazde čuli i priču o njenoj izgradnji.Vinova loza, prirodni hlad maslinjaka samo upotpunjuje celokupan doživljaj. Položaj smeštaja je takav da ,iako nije na plaži, okruženi ste nekim od najlepših plaža Sitonije na potezu Nikiti-Meos Marmaras.Blizina magistrale uopšte ne narušava mir kojim odiše ceo kompleks. Gazda i osoblje su nenametljivi ali uvek na usluzi kad vam zatrebaju. Topla preporuka svima koji žele da borave u ovom smeštaju. Eto nas ponovo kad nas put nanese na tu stranu

Za Crisa sve pohvale. Studii se nalaze na pola puta izmedju Nikitija i Neosa., u blizini najlepsih plaza na Sitoniji. Studio broj 2 u kome smo bili je sasvim komotan za 4 osobe. Terasa je fenomenalna, pogled na more. Domacin Cris ne znam sta reci nego ljudeskara. Ako ikada budemo dolazili na Sitoniju ovo je nas izbor.
